open eBay store with a stealth account, is it safe?

About a month+ now swimming along, no issues, but I'd like to open an eBay store with the $19.99 a month plan, is it still safe to open store without raising any flags?

Yes, it's totally fine.
You can definitely get a store subscription on stealth accounts without any issues.

Don't you have to have a Credit Card on file to open a store? Just curious because the gift cards I use work for PayPal but they stopped working on eBay in about 2010.

That's not true. I've been a "powerseller" on an individual account for over a year. However, you can update an individual Ebay account to a business account without any problems.

@OP - You're perfectly fine upgrading to a store. All 3 of my business (stealth) accounts have store subscriptions.

@vogeltron - No, you don't need a valid credit card on file. The store subscriptions fees are simply added to your Ebay fees.

with your paypal balance... make sure u leave enough on paypal to pay for the fees and store-sub

I think she wants to make it the default payment, but I don't know if she can make the card her default... Ive never done that myself.
