ebay buyer didnt pay and request refund

Please help me!! eBay buyer want refund but he didn't pay me through PayPal he just clicked buy it now button plus he have 0 feedback and closed his account
Here buyer said it to me

Buyer's Message:

I purchased an item from ebay and did not receive it in the expected time. So I tried to contaced seller.Please refund my money back or ship my item..

Please help me I don't know what to do!!
