Reason for not being able to list variation items

It says specifically do not post items with variations on a new eBay Stealth account I was wondering why this is because this is a huge game changer for me that I didn't know before I bought the account. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

they're not at risk but I sell clothing with multiple variations and now I don't know what to do…after how long is it safe to list items with variations?
