Ebay feedback
Hello, I have this issue - why some of the feedbacks are sort of hidden, instead of the text, everybody can just see "-" while other feedbacks are fully shown. http://oi64.tinypic.com/300uqg3.jpg
If I look my feedbacks on my phone, I can see them as they are supposed to be seen. http://oi64.tinypic.com/16b0mmp.jpg
Does somebody know how to fix this? I mean, so all the feedbacks would be shown as they are supposed to.

Never seen that before. Are you using the Private Listing Option on some items? |

I can't help you with your feedback issue. But, I would be wary of showing any item numbers, or usernames of people that have left feedback. If EB are cruising the forums you are making it easy for them to find you. |

| Maybe, but I am not using any stealth accounts, I just only sell with this one and it is my main account, so is that still a problem for me?
Anyway, how to change the original message? I cannot find the 'edit' button.. |

there is a 'tick box' when you first list an item (business sellers only i think) allowing the buyer to remain anonymous....this cannot be undone later in an 'revise listing'...you need to relist and make sure this box is not ticked |
