Paying eBay fees - Paypal under invistigation...

Hey there.
My eBay account is late on paying monthly fees , (2'nd warning already)
Need to pay my fees ASAP
Though, The paypal linked to my account, is yet to be released (Ive been asked for all kind of files by Paypal).

It may take a while to release my account.
How can i pay my fees at the time?
Any Creditcard will ask me for a Full name , and im using Stealth account.

Cant find any option to pay via Gift card over eBay's One-Time payment ,
Any help?

Join up to neteller, lodge $200 (Neteller are all above board and will need all your details....but you can have many cards all feeding off the first one) Then go to ebay seller account and pay the fee without involving PayPal .

colie72 has a suggestion. You can also use 9 gift cards of $20 each - just space them out...I would slowly pay off the fee - like 1 gc in the am, 1 at lunch, 1 in the pm and do again next day (just my opinion)
