Stealth Address Question

I am using a '3' dongle for internet for my stealths but if I open a second stealth account and use a stealth address thats about an hour away from where I actually am are they able to detect that you aren't where you say you are?

Its just I already have a stealth up and running and I live in a really small town and the closest big city is about an hour from me so was hoping to use an address in the city for my stealth but wasn't sure if they can tell what area you are in from your dongle IP

Geolocation isn't very accurate.
