Delivery Company Question:?!?

I have x2 parcel2go accounts which link 10 eBay accounts via an auto upload system (this has been flawless for over 2 years).

My question is as follows...

If I were to "mark all as dispatched" from one user account, would this have some adverse effect to link my accounts?

This auto upload system....is it based on software on your Computer OR based through their website (The Parcel Company)?
