Is it possible to post to ebay UK with a US account?

I've tried to do it on Auctiva, but I keep getting an error that I need to verify my identity through PayPal, eventhough I have already done that.

Not sure how it works on auctiva but if you do it through ebay, you need to link your paypal account to your ebay account. Maybe thats what activa wants you to do.
