I managed to unsuspend my account and I can sell again but.....
Hi
Just wondering if anyone has had the same expeirence of can share an any knowledge on this;
In july I had my eBay (real one) suspended, because of customer services issues, then I appealed it as it was obviously assessed by a bot, and they agreed to unsuspend it with full reinstatement of the account.
This was eBay and not PayPal.
But since then, all my sales have been extremely slow....even though in this time, I have gone top rated for the last 2 months and my DSR score is below 1% - but my sales are not what they used to be like.
I understand I would have lost some to falling out of the listings for a few days, but not to the extent that nothing seems to get any real visibility eg no impressions.
I have tested this with launching new items, and again no luck.
I have deliberatly targeted competitors and priced my same items 3 times less than theirs and nothing - even though sometimes I have TRS and a higher feedback score than some of those competitors.
My listings all seem to stop selling on a Thursday from about midday until 7pm, same again on a Sunday....driving me crazy!
The eBay team say there is no issues, however I spoke to one of their selling specialist and they told me accounts get limited visibility for 3 months when they are unsuspended, which was interesting and seemed to add up to my experience but with so many different views I got from them, I am wondering if this is the fact or will continue to encounter the same thing after the 3 months is over, which is next month?
Any ideas or views or have you experienced this?
