Selling low risk items
 

Hey, when selling low risk items on a new stealth account, would I still need to limit how many items put on the account? And if so around how many?

It's going to depend on your item.....I wouldn't try to list 1,000 (if you have a 1,000/$25K only because it can trigger something. Best to follow the Step Up technique...List maybe 10....wait till they sell, list another 10-15, wait for those to sell....list 15-20 and so on.

For example, sometimes I go to the thrift store and pick up jeans such as Harley Davidson, Levi, etc. And shirts of similar brands. Would it be ok to list around 10-15 of those types of items used?

Levis etc. are not low risk items.

Low risk items are generally non-branded items.

Agree with Play, I would be careful with Jeans....."MAYBE" if you sold used ones...."MAYBE".

Pre-Owned items with lots of pictures and descriptions especially the tags to show authenticity. If I were brand new I would even have one photo with a paper print out of my eBay ID. Its better to be safe than sorry, it takes time, energy and hard work to build and account. The worst thing you can do it blow it by being lazy or impatient.

Agree with vogeltron - for jeans and shirts, lots of photos are in order and be prepared still to have to deal with refunds here and there from buyers who aren't satisfied.
