| It has to be a really messed up situation to get feedback removed by eBay. I have had it done once or twice in the past were I proved that the Feedback was a competitor trying sabotage my account and one other time for someone who bought an item then asked to cancel then like a few weeks later said he now wanted them even thought it had been cancelled.
The only good thing now is that Negative Feedback does not affect your account at-least in the US. I want to say its Cancellations, Defect Rate and cases closed without seller resolution. I remember hearing about this a while back, then last week Jason T. Smith who is a well known YouTuber for eBay and I think was on a TV show, I saw him talk about it again in a recent interview.
I still take pride in my feedback rating so I hate seeing it happen myself. |
