Html listing problem

Hello. Maybe someone knows why my listings that should look like this

sometimes look like this
http://oi65.tinypic.com/32zoyt1.jpg

It's not all the time, it's more like randomly, but still it annoys me, because it does not look like it is supposed to look.
As you can see there are no clear borders and the background is white instead of grey.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Yea something might be wrong with your CSS or it might be eBay that's not rendering you html codes properly.
