Can list fine on ebay UK but not ebay.com
 

I have a software product (fully licensed and legal) that I'm selling on ebay UK with no problem in the category

Computers/Tablets & Networking
>
Software
>
Image, Video & Audio

But when I try to sell it on ebay.com I get the error:-

You can not submit your listing due to the following problems


Help buyers find your item by selecting the category that describes it best. You should consider whether Computers/Tablets & Networking > iPads, Tablets & eBook Readers category is a better fit for your item.

If you are selling an accessory, you should consider whether the category Computers/Tablets & Networking > iPad/Tablet/eBook Accessories is better suited to your item.

I'm not sure how to resolve this is as "Computers/Tablets & Networking > iPads, Tablets & eBook Readers" isn't the correct category and I'm sure to get in trouble if I list it in the wrong place they are insisting on.

Perhaps I should just forget this listing as I don't want to draw any unnecessary attention to my account and risk getting suspended. It's only a low value item so perhaps not worth the risk of getting attention.

What do you think?

Are you logging into ebay.com to list this?.. open up the shipping on ebay.uk to include all regions then it will be visible on other platforms

I create a listing on ebay.co.uk with worldwide shipping but for more exposure I also list the same thing separately on ebay.com this may be against the rules I'm not sure but for the last couple of years ebay have had no problem with it and it's got me a lot of extra sales.

But on this one particular item it lets me list on ebay.co.uk but says the same category is wrong on ebay.com
