Negative Feedback

Can Negative feed back given by a customer change again ? i got a negative feedback then i contacted customer and gave refund quickly and explained the situation, she agreed to change the feedback, but she messaged me again saying eBay not allowing to change the feedback, what she has done is additional positive statement below her negative feedback.Any idea please?

Send a feedback revision request.

You have to send the customer a request to revise their feedback.
They can't do it on their own. Go to your feedback forum and you
should find it.
