Very Low Feedback rates...
 

I purchased a stealth account about 6 weeks ago.
39 successful transactions - leaving notes in packages and begging for eBay via emails has given me a feedback score of 7.
Started my own stealth account (which I am am ale to make purchases on) 3 weeks ago. I have purchased 30 low dollar shippable items and sold 6 items and I already have a feedback of 20!
I really can hardly wait for my 90 days to be up on my purchased stealth account so I can buy items and boost my score. It's going to long long road back to where I was (30K per month in sales) a couple of months ago.

Feedback as a buyer is meaningless.

The best feedback is no feedback at all. No feedback is calculated in your dashboard as 100% and 5 stars across the board. No feedback is perfect feedback. Why ask for less?

I usually get 15-20% of customers leaving feedback.

I added business cards with shipping asking for feedback and it didn't seem to make a difference.

I think most people just cant be bothered.

Besides a nice note in packages, what I do is also send a unique message to all my buyers

A simple thank you and request for honest feedback.

Cheap items, free shipping will boost the feedback easy-peesy but not really needed.

Just buy anything that's cheap. Sell at a small loss if need be until you have some feedback. In my experience only 10-15% leave feedback

I sold so many items on one of my accounts and barely received 5% of the feedbacks from buyers.

I've always sent some free gift, really could be anything and it's always helped.

I throw in a cheap free gift with each order. It tends to increase feedback when it's needed.
