Using 99 cent auctions to build up rep (in USA)

Hey,

I'm using USA eBay accounts but due to travelling I won't be in the States for another 3 months, so I don't have access to the dollar-store or garage sales to pick up some cheap stuff to list in order to build up feedback.

Any cheap marketplaces that operate in the States that you guys would recommend that ship out without the receipt?
