Ahh!! Below standard question! Help appreciated!!!
 

Ok so basically my first stealth account. I have 1 day handling as I never have an issue dropping off items in that time frame. We take them to Postal Annex not the post office. My boyfriend does ebay as well. I just checked my metrics and I'm at like 8.74% late shipment rate. I know 1 item was for sure late. The rest I looked over and I know I dropped them off!

My boyfriend and I ship together and of course his account is clean. Makes no sense I'm guessing postal annex is giving the usps guy all the packages and they just sit there for two days?? I have no clue how my percentage got so high but looking at the scale it shows anything me at the end of the scale for above standard. So I'm thinking at 9 or 10 percent I'll be below standard? Anyone know?

Well I was stuck for a full day dealing with something that I was not anticipating so of course I have a few more shipments that'll probably be late. I changed handling time to 3 days to not screw myself but Jan 31st is coming soon. I know evaluations are on the 20th.

So what I need to know and can't seem to find- can't call ebay either- is... if I go BELOW standard let's say on the 30th.. will I be automatically restricted or will that happen on the 31st? Or at evaluation on the 20th? Do I have time to try to fix late shipping rate? Or on the 20th will they restrict me due to this month's metrics? I'm just confused how the process works? I think I'll bring it directly to post office from now on like I said no idea how percentage is so high.. problem is I've only had about 100 sales. Any info would be greatly appreciated. I'm stressin.
