I sold 3 cheap items with no tracking international shipping but they never arrived, so the buyer gave me 3 negatives.
Now, my defects are below standard and paypal is retaining my money till 21 days.
I resent the items, and now the buyer told me he would change them to positive, but ebay does not allow me to send more feedback revision requests.
Is there any way of sending ebay an email saying the buyer wants to revise the feedback, and they remove them also with their DSR's?

They can try to contact eBay directly. Sometimes that can work

I would imagine this would require a call from the buyer himself.

Anything other than that unless you get incredibly lucky would be a run-around from eBay, but still worth a shot if the buyer doesn't want to call.

Just call to eBay, say them that you are busy or something like that, don't say that you exceeded the limit, in a lot of times it works. Your buyer just need send you eBay message prooving, that he agrees with removal.
