luverlyjuberly | 10-14-2017 04:21 AM | feedback score I am currently at 99.1% on feedback due to neg and neutral feedback left over last 12 months. 12 negs and neutral over last 12 months - nearly 1000 positive. How far will i have to drop before eBay comes after me?
I'm still a Top rated Powerseller as of today. |
jakobrockz | 10-14-2017 04:36 AM | Re: feedback score You're fine. I wouldn't be worried.
BTW, it's pretty easy to get eBay feedback removed if you call in. |

How many sales did you have during the last 12 months? That would be more helpful in determining your situation.
You may also want to start by looking at:
Seller Dashboard: https://sellerstandards.ebay.co.uk/dashboard .. then run a report on your DSR's |
Auctionking | 02-22-2018 08:25 AM | Re: feedback score I have not found it easy to get it removed calling in. Please explain how ? |
GreenBean | 02-22-2018 08:32 AM | Re: feedback score Ah, the weekly bump.
However I tend to agree about calling in to get removal.
In the case of the OP, it may have been OK to suggest selling hard for a while.
Auctionking,
Do you have problems with your account?

Auctionking | 02-22-2018 08:52 AM | Re: feedback score Yes I have ran my main account into the ground... 98.2 feedback. 15 negatives total. Tried calling in but got no help. Had a feedback that said " you suck " told eBay support that was sexual harassment, that dident even work. Lol. So I would love to know a trick how to get some removed |

Much depends on what the buyer says, I am afraid.

Re: feedback score To quickly accumulate feedback, you can create a "campaign" for cheap items and sell them out fast while providing exceptional customer care and then asking for feedback. Call it a "$4 July sale" or something like that! :)
Regarding calling eBay to remove feedback, it is always highly recommended to deal with negative feedback IMMEDIATELY after receiving one. When you speak to an eBay representative, explain the situation in detail and offer to present correspondence with the buyer to prove that you are right. |

you will be surprised! |
luverlyjuberly | 02-21-2019 04:40 AM | Re: feedback score Well 16 months later and my feedback is now at 98.5% - this has risen due to poor sales since January 2018 and some not very nice buyers. Are ebay still banning people for low feedback? If so, how can I solve this problem? Improving sales isn't working as my sales have dropped by from 200 sales to about 80 a month. I have two other IDs on eBay, should I stop selling on ebay (using this ID?) until my feedback resets itself. Or should I close this account completely before feedback drops even further? Any help or thoughts would be appreciated. |

That might help |

However there are 2 things wrong with getting negative feedback, firstly buyers will purchase from another vendor with a higher percentage positive feedback. The second reason is that you are bound to have either late shipping, product defects on your merchandise and not having the listing title accurate to the product. These are the main things that piss off buyer and motivate them to leave negative feedback. Yes there are mean people out there but not a whole bunch of them.
