should i be v worried

delays in customs for stock has cost me alot in terms of refunds and neg feedback

normally no delays so accepted payments

250 feedback 100% down to 96% positive with dsrs down to 4.7 4.5 4.2 & 4.7

got an ebay email warning to improve however still got a few upset ones not listening to reason so might get another couple low dsrs
