Ebay Negative Feedback???

Hi All,

Ok some plonker on ebay left me negative feedback for a stupid reason! He has agreed to remove it if i give him 50% refund.. So how do we remove the feedback??? Help ?? :tears:

If the reason he put in the FB does not make much sense, or say something bad, report & explain to eBay and see if it can be removed.

If eBay can not be any help, then get an agreement with that buyer - replace the item, return for full refund, or process a partial refund if that's the only way he prefers. After refund, send a feedback revision request
