Leave Feedback Tools?

I see alot of feedback tools out there for eBay sellers but none for eBay buyer thats helps with the 5DSR.

Leaving feedback is a time consuming thing, anyone knows any tools out there that helps leaving feedbacks? with token setup if possible?

he wants a tool for buyer,not seller.
But I SEE buyers leaving canned feedbacks,some will leave as soon as he bought the item,it has to be done by software.
