Advice about taking negative from this buyer?

I have a problem I never had before... Ok, I sold designer brand handbag (used, but ok) and I checked as always in my auctions, there were no returns. I always provide plenty of photos and provide accurate descriptions. The buyer paid really fast, I shipped the bag with signature confirmation next day and the bag was received and signed for yesterday morning, Saturday.
This morning when I first checked my email, I see there is email from Ebay that came last night, actually 1:30am -title: Ebay User Information request, telling me that buyer was requesting my personal details...I as flabbergasted cause why would she do that.??? My info was on Paypal anyway and she could see when she made payment...

Buyer never me at all and I didn't know what was that all about...
So this morning I go into Ebay and kindly ask for feedback on transaction. Nothing is happening hours later, so I go ahead , leave a positive for her and ask again for feedback. I noticed than that she has changed the way her feedback displays and she made it private all of a sudden. Hmmmmm...
Anyway, just little while ago I get email from her that the bag "does not close" and she would have to return it..
Well, I said no returns and the bag was working fine when I mailed it out and asked her why did she wait so long to contact me, why did she ask Ebay about my personal info. last night and why did she make her feedback private all of a sudden? I left her positive already, so I can't change it now....
I have 100% but little less than 50 feedback on this account and it will hurt me if she leaves negative....What are my options now if she opens a dispute? Can I refuse the package? This account has PO Box as address...What would be best for me to do? The buyer is obviously doing something fishy... The buyer had some Chinese last name and the person that signed for the package had similar last name, but one letter difference..so, not the same.
Should I let this go into dispute and if so, what are my chances of winning, what you think?
But I just noticed my phone I had on this account has expired and need to get new one.. Would this matter? She said to call her if I have questions.. Heck NO! I only email...

She was probably just looking for your phone #, I've had people request my info for that. If you don't want negative feedback then your supposed communicate with the buyer and work out some kind of solution. If you let it go into dispute then you risk losing and getting negative feedback.

No, the buyer is wrong and will probably neg me, but I will fight back... Why would she ask for my phone number? Why didn't she contact me first..? Why did she make her feedback private now?, and oh- so many unanswered questions....People mostly communicate by email on Ebay as far as I know. Even if I talk on the phone I probably wouldn't understand a word with Chinese accents anyways...

wouldent be worth to loose an account or to get a negative feedback< not that it matters now days anyways....but thing about the long run damage you will do, rather than starting over...just resell it again no biggy....

Yea, I gave it a thought and thought not worth ruining my reputation, plus item was not really that expensive...It is a shame though....

Yea, that's what I ended doing after giving it good consideration. Item returned, nothing wrong with it as buyer claimed, so it must have been change of heart after they received it. But since I agreed to take it back, I hope at least to positive feedback. Since than I re-listed and it looks like it will sell for even more than first time...
