Can buyer change their feedback without revision request?

Cant request any more feedback revision requests, and the buyer wants to change their feedback how do they do this?

Special message to eBay customer service - might flag you though

Is there no way that the buyer can change feedback they've left?

rsot 09-09-2010 02:47 PM

Ah ok - your requests are limited. Buyer can revise his own at any time - he needs to search in the ebay help for ebay feedback revision - he also has a limited number he can revise. If he has never revised more than 3, should be ok.

Ah, damn wished I knew that before I used up all my requests. Well I've only got to get another 300 on that account to get another 5. Thanks man.

rsot 09-09-2010 03:04 PM

No problem

"ONLY" Hope that's a sarcastic remark! 300 for 5 is ridiculous eBay's rules are nuts!

Can you post a link where a buyer can revise their feedback at wish? I searched everywhere.

I would like to know as well.

http://pages.ebay.com/help/feedback/...ns/remove.html

Simply info for all you folx. Whether a buyer wants to change feedback or a seller wants to, the seller must STILL request a feedback revision. Period.

Sorry to bump an old thread but, I have a buyer that wants to change his negative feedback to me to positive. The item didn't work but he discovered later that it was his fault. I've used up ally feedback revision requests.

Is there anyway for eBay to remove, change it? Maybe like he posts a followup comment on the negative to show eBay?

I think if you both contact ebay about it, they will sort it.

I think "TSMT" is a dab hand at doing this. Search his posts. :)

Just to post a follow up. Ebay asked me to ask the buyer to post a followup on the feedback before they can remove it.
