Ebay NEUTRALS--same as NEGS??---YES !!!
 

Tips/ NEGATIVES Received from Buyers---What to DO???

a.) Well, we should ALL be aware --Ebay is NOW Counting
N-E-U-T-R-A-L-S- the SAME as NEGS......
(they said in an interview , that it suggests some FORM OF
Buyer dis-satisfaction....

---SO< BEWARE, keep them HAPPY--get them their goods ASAP!

b.) When you do get one-- Switch up to use that acct for BUYING,
and get the NEG BURIED in the pile--- HOW?

--WELL< you have an area under your remarks left-- to REPLY
to feedback received.. do that for all of them!
(This will automatically--turn all 1 liners into 2/ double spaced--
thus- pushing all comments...down, down, and down,, EVENTUALLY
onto the NEXT PAGE..!)

c.) Be aware that "Ebay" has its own Service they own---called
Square Trade, for like $25-- they email the buyer and try to get the NEG
removed.. IF the buyer does not respond, Square trade gets it removed!

D.) Square Trade will work , as they assign a "Mediator" to you.. its all
an Email based situation. I have used it successfully, HOWEVER,
that $10 shipping charge you refused to refund, or that used mens sweater
full of Spaghetti sauce, you refused to take back.. YOU USUALLY EAT CROW
to get the Neut/Neg removed!!:p
