I bought a TV on ebay, picked it up and paid cash..

I when i got home i left the seller a feedback and asked him to leave me one..

So he send me an email

"Fully paid collected when agreed, great member! Thanks again"

Im like no, thats not a feedback :)

I've had that happen, told him to go to order details, even provided a link and told him to click leave feedback.

Never received feedback.
