Is there a tool on eBay so that when someone leaves you feedback, it automatically leaves feedback for them?

Yes. It's a menu item under my ebay.

If you use Auctiva you can set it up to leave feedback instantly when they pay for a item. That is what I do and now I never have to worry about leaving feedback for people.

I use auctionpixie (google it). You can set up about 8 stock replies that sound great but sort of cover all bases and the program randomises them. These responses are automatically left when you recieve a positive but not a neg or a neut so you can still make your own measured response.
