I have file complain against buyer
 

I just file complain against one buyer who left negative feedback for no reason!
This buyer bought perfume from me then left negative because shipping charges are high.I ship from another country obvious shipping charges are high!
Then this buyer PM me called me fraud for changing item description after sale.
According to him he read perfume was 3.3 oz and now item page is showing it was 0.5 oz.According to him i changed it latter some how and shipped him wrong size item.
I have file complain against him with screenshot of PM he wrote to me under feedback manipulation.
Do you think its going to work.What are the chances that ebay will take my side in this dispute?
What else i can do?Also can anybody tell me how to block buyers?:mad2:

ok here is the update.Ebay have not taken any action on buyer.They just send his/her message which says it against ebay rules to demand more than what seller has listed on listing page.
Atlist buyer is not stalking me anymore.

Well, as far as Changing your Listing After the sale or Bid Ebay KNOWS that that is Impossible, It Cannot be Done,,On the Shipping Issue,,If you Charged what was posted on your listing, I pretty sure Ebay will Back you up,,,Your only worry is if the Buyer Files a Paypal Dispute for "Not as Describle" even then though the Buyer will have to ship the item back to you in order to win the Dispute

nothing will happen about the feedback on your account. the only way to possibly get it removed if to be nice as hell to the buyer and ask him for a feedback revision on the feedback. work with him. thats all that the stupid buyers want.

try telling him how the feedback effects you and how you want to make things right. then tell him in exchange for making everything right, please revise the fedback you left for me to a positive one.

Steve its only work when buyer has some problem and a will to solve it.This buyer was trying to keep his product and get money back as well.He was scammer

btw i got one more neutral feedback today because buyer dont know how product is he hasn't use it yet!!!

Trying a feedback revision request if you can sort it out with your buyer.
