If you have a lot of experience, you must have some not described issues. Avoid situations like this to begin with, but realize there are going to be people like Ebay, you just can't please them. Always allow them to return. Like mentioned in the post, Ebay will give them the refund anyway. Always be polite and helpful, with good customer service. :pop2:

I contacted Ebay and they decided that this is a case of Feedback extortion, and i was told that they remove it, but all i see now is that only the text of the feedback was deleted. In the email i have received is written that it will take a few ours to be deleted, because intervention from their tech support is needed, but the red neg is still there. What do you think, should i contact them again?

I would. If it is feedback extortion, all the feedback should be removed!

I came here for advice, but here's some of mine....if you are under 100 FB, and one guy leaves you neg on three items....it can finish you, or really ding your future.
my overhead is low, so i REFUND ANYONE, even if they are thieves or extortionists. you can get so annoyed, and make moves in anger...and its NEVER worth it. i have a guy right now that opened cases on all 3 items, didn't even read the description -or is just flat out burning me..and i replied that id refund IN FULL minus postage...and he isnt even writing back. or responding.

why??? because he is gonna win no matter what. they always side w/ the buyer. and...

ive also had 80% of dissatisfied buyers become cool, once you apologize profusely, ask, or beg not to recieve neg..and refund them..AND they keep the item....and it works about all the time. thanks. CL

True -sometimes you have to make compromise as you BUILD your volume of feedback. Except for very stupid losers of buyers (few...although depends on your product/market niche), many buyers of mine are relaxed about avoiding neg.

Yea, reporting will just get your account Looked at, meaning if you sell some "high quality" caach bags etc for example, it'll just cause to "we have noticed strange activity on your account, please fax over your invoices, id, and what you had for breakfast"
