Default Feedback Rating at 25... Removes Limitations??

HI Guys..

Anyone else notice this lately..

It seems that with all the changes, etc. that once the fb score hits the magic number of 25--you are left alone?

For me anyhow- on 4 diff accts, once the fb score went to 25.. it seemed all limits were gone?

i.e. last night, one acct was at 24.. recd a limitation msg when trying to relist an item..about 2 hrs later, recd 2 pos from buyers that had recd their goods, logged back into that acct, tried the SAME item relist--and it went through...
--So, i got thinking--why? It has to be the point of reaching the 25 fb??
--Last year, (for me anyhow, once i reached 10--seemed to be relaxed..)-
Now it seems its 25...

Anyone else notice?
Thanks + Happy Easter ! )

ebayhateluv, I think it depends on the category you list in. I have notice from my own experiences that having Listing Vero items there is still limits on my 3 week old account. I sold and listed/re-listed regular low price items around $8 to $35 in non-Vero categories and never had any limitations on them. My feedback score was up to 60 Positive 100%. Now for the Vero categories I listed 15 items successfully that were $135 to $350 and I received selling limits message in those categories only. But the next day I tried to list in the Vero Category again and 2 items went through but when listing the third item I again got the selling limits message. So waited two days later tried again in Vero Cat. and no luck same message.

I think being a new or old user and selling certain items Ebay will put selling limits on them. To lift the limits you have to have certain amount of positive feedback in those categories in order for ebay to lift your limits and wait "x" amount of days as well before trying to relist.

Yes I said old user too. I did have a old account with 1800 feedback that since been canceled/suspended that had selling limits in the Vero Categories.
My selling limits was 2 to 3 listings every 7 days. The reason I know this is because I tried to list everyday to see when it will go through and how long I had to wait before listing again throughout a almost 2 month period.

I hope this helps.

HI:
Sorry- I did not Clarify, these are all newer accts Im experimenting with..
1 acct is 3 weeks old, the other is 2 months old..
And you are 100% correct- about the 7 day period for the calculation for the older accts..
--I didnt want to go into alot of detial here, but there are other areas of limitation on the newer accts that seem to lift when you reach 25...
(I will test it on a 3rd acct)...

FUnny I found this post. Once I reached 10 on both of my "ghost" accounts, they suspended me again.

I think anything you do on ebay that gets your more credibility will gain you points in their system whether or not 25 feedbacks is some magic number we'll never know.
