Negative Feedback but "Good Service" comment (grrrr)
 
I got a negative feedback with the comment saying "good service"... This doesn't affect me much, as I get between 5-10 feedbacks a day but I am worried about DSRs.

He's all the way in Australia and the package arrived within 9 days which is fast. I sent a message to the buyer but he hasn't responded. Is there some kind of policy for negging me like that? :nerd:

You can request him to revise the feedback - that's the first step. Too early to bother calling eb ay about it yet.

I think that the international DSR's are not counted against you if you are in the US. May only be for shipping cost and shipping time so you may want to check up on it.

King, I think you're right about foreign DSRs not affecting those domestic. Probably was the shipping cost as my listing was free shipping to domestic, but calculated based on location for International. Probably not worth pursuing without opening a can of worms.

Yes it is considered Feedback abuse.

You can report this thru Ebay website. Go to Customer help in top corner when your in myebay then type in feedback abuse or feedback policy violation. One will take you there. You will need the members id and item number

When the dropdown menu appears, choose
Negative statements conflict with positive rating

Your situation is actually vice -versa BUT the rating left is not to conflict with the comments left, that is the basis for that policy violation. Good Luck
