Improved NPB Process
There have been some updates to the way NPB claims are handled.
In the past the buyer could leave NFB during and after a sellers filed a unpaid items claim. You had to contact E-Bay and ask to have the FB removed.
The way the systems works now is the buyer is blocked from making payment and leaving FB, once the seller files a claim.
It's good that they blocked the payment too, since the buyer could make a payment and the seller might have already relisted the item.
If you look on your seller mnager screen, it now show lines thru the payment and FB options for buyers with claims filed against them. |
