gave refund and 3 replacements to repair dsr
buyer Negged me and I knew it was her that docked my dsrs. Put me at 3 for 1 category and put me at risk for losing top rated seller. Wouldn't reply to email nor ebay message. So, I sent 3 replacement bags and an apology letter with a refund. Each bag cost me about $3 each tho I sell them for $9. She was so happy and did the feedback revise to positive and now I'm at 2 for the category in question. Since my fees will be above $1000, that move should save me $200 after the trs discount. :) |
