Here's what a feedback request slip should look like!

Read & learn. This is the way it's done, ladies and gentlemen. Not only did I get wonderful service from this company, but they included this great note along with my order.

PS, you guys, and you know who you are, don't go stealing this fellow's note word for word. Make up your own feedback request!

Too many words, and begging for minuscule complaints.

I would have left out the more personal stuff, like the shipping manager stuff, but the general idea is solid. As a long-time user of these kind of slips, I can tell you that adding phrases such as "no matter how small" tends to defuse buyer anger, rather than causing them to seek out minor complaints to start something.

Dayum, all I saw in that pic was the dollar bill in the corner, you're making some serious bank huh. It's those feedback request slips that are doing it for you, keep on keepin on man.

I joke, it's nice feels a little too long and too personal. I would leave out "As shipping manager....." and everything after, then it would be real good.

Possibly leaving yourself open with the shipping manager part however apart from that pretty solid i think. :thumb:

And don't forget spellcheck,

"so please allow be to fix anything" lol

and yeah simple is always better :thumb:

1. Time to contact Alex.

2. I usually just send a small line - Please leave positive feedback. Thank you for the business - done and done.

But good ups ovidiu =)

I think these guys are trying to repair a certain past reputation, if you know what I mean, hence the now "begging" seen here. But what I talking about generally is that they included the slip. Despite all the bad buyers and the risks assumed by leaving feedback completely up to the buyer, most sellers STILL don't include a feedback slip of any sort.

So even though it has some errors (thnx jbluntz, didn't even notice the spelling) and is a little personal, it's the effort that counts here.

As for the buck jamblix, well that's just my picture prop from now on lol.

That is not a spelling error so a spellcheck would not find that error.

Why did you just copy what I said, but add a comma? That is not the same thing as what was discussed above. One is a genuine error and one is more of a stylistic choice.
