Multiple feedback for transaction at the same time
 

I'm a bit confused about the multiple feedback left in the same month thing.
It seems that if a buyer buys a few things from you and leaves a few feedback, they only count as 1 in your feedback score?
I vaguely remember reading something like feedback left by the same buyer within a month only counts as 1.
I would like to know how about the DSR ratings.
Do they only count as one set too then?

Also, another qn is, if a buyer leave feedback but not DSR ratings, are they automatically rated as 5 or are they not counted towards your DSR?

What about the DSRs?
They do not count if the transaction is from the same week too?

Same - the user has to leave dsr and feedback from different weeks.

And the one week time frame applies to the time of transaction and not time of leaving feedback I suppose?
