Guys:
Ebay's cutting everyones throats! I have an almost 11 yr old Power seller acct-- Even it was stripped of Ps status for 30 days for shipping going below 4.5

I did this last time when someone did the exact same thing, ebay took 4 days to respond to my complaint and the listing finished in 3 days, so thats why i dont bother with them.

Thats disgusting, 11 years + powerseller.
shipping goes below 4.5 and bam no more ps, god id be mad.

Its hard enough to keep that score up even when you ship on time, people are still stingy with the score.

I hate this new feedback rule.
I had one buyer who purchased an item from me then never paid.
I sent her payment reminder emails, no answer.
I opened a payment not received dispute, she never responded.
On the 8th day, I closed the dispute, she got an unpaid strike.
10 minutes later she emailed me that's she doesn't want the item.

So this is the new thing. Buyer click the buy it now button, then decides doesn't want the item anymore. Can I leave feedback? No, I can't. WHY? Because eBay thinks that buyers are Angels.

I had a customer buy to things from me and only payed for one with paypal and asked me to wait until he got more money in his account so he could get combined shipping so I did for almost 2 weeks then finally I mailed it out and I shipped the wrong item (albiet a more expensive one) to the buyer. He left me a negative and said it took over 2 weeks to get the item and then it was wrong. I offered to replace item and send it with the other that he has yet to pay for and he said that was fine. Anyways he ended up never paying and opened a dispute with paypal and leaving me a negative for the item that he didn't pay for. I got refund for the unpaid item and ebay still has not removed the negative?!?!?! I am well currently a powerseller but not for long. I have 917 positive with 3 neut and 7 negative. and it says I have a 97.9 overall feed back WTF?

I agree. I have found several listings over the last several years with people using my pictures for something they were selling. I have messaged them and their reply was "my camera was broken and I just used one off another listing" or something like that. I'll report it to ebay and by the time they FINALLY get around to investigate it, the auction has ended. It does NO GOOD!

I did the same thing last year. I had sold a BRAND NEW never used, still had the celephane (sp?) wrap on it, item. The guy got it and tried to tell me that the item had been chewed up by a dog-a month later after receiving. I told him he was crazy...he took it upon himself to send it back. It was SO tore up! You could clearly see that it wasn't like that in my listing pictures (I had several). They refunded his money and he left me negative on my perfect 100% positive f/b.
Well, I was PISSED. I took an unused name from years ago, bought a "buy it now" item (which I might say was high priced) and never paid. I left him negative and he got so mad sending me threatening emails. lol He never sold on ebay again. That'll teach him to be dishonest.

What eBay is doing is VALUING their buyers OVER the sellers. Low and behold it is the SELLERS who makes them earn money. The SELLERS make eBay go around; who else will list their items when buyers keep pulling forceful tactics, attempting to discriminate and extort the SELLERS?! This is complete BS! Buyers have TOO MUCH power.
'If you dont do this I will leave a negative feedback and you cannot do the same in return HAHA' - B U L ...L U F F!!
Which knobjockey is running eBay?? I hope the person gets casually punched back into reality!!!

HEY LISTEN!
You cannot fight FIRE with FIRE ON EBAY!
They will get you if you manipulate buying or feedback. YOU WILL GET BANNED!
So do not do that.

. Do not do anything on ebay that will piss them off !
