Sellers using their Blogs on Ebay to Complain

First - I hope the Mods don't come here and slap my hand for posting eBay ID's but I really thought this was a great way for Sellers to vent about any PITA Buyers.

Anyway, I ran across this one seller: crazycatz_computer_partz

Who posted the following on his blog on eBay:

So eBay more idiots that bid, dont pay or just mess the seller about??? and we cant leave them Negative or Neutral feedback?? so how are we sellers meant to respond and warn others, and how is this a FAIR system. and i know the answers you send will just be some copy & paste of standard response, because nothing ever seems to be done apart from sending emails that dont change a thing and are of no Help..
So c'mon eBay do something about these bad buyers
