A buyer gave me neutral feedback for not leaving feedback
 

This is weird. I was waiting for him to receive his goods and feel happy about it and then leave me a feedback. But he was waiting for me to leave feedback for him first? Now he just left "forget to give feedback to buyer. moderate seller",

I am not forget, I was waiting for him. I learned from someone here, a guy said, we should wait for the buyer leave his feedback first. It seems now it is wrong:shocked:

So what should I do now?

Contact the buyer and resolve. What else would you do?

They're not aloud to do that, just contact eBay. It's basically feedback extortion..

contact the buyer or ebay feedbank department to resolve the issue as there is nothing else you can do.

Don't be ridiculous. Simply contact the buyer, leave them positive feedback, and have them revise their feedback.

The buyer's responsibility is to pay for the item, that's it. I have my inkfrog set to automatically leave positive feedback, when I print the shipping label.

Have to agree with JJGold on this one - they pay, they get feedback. Deal with anything else that comes along after that

Hope you kept some email correspondence with this buyer.

Basically, sellers don't have other choice than a positive feedback (except nothing).
I always leave feedback to buyer after I submit tracking number.
