Question about feedback

Hi
How is the percentage worked out i have 237 feedback with 6 low ratings 0.58%
my feedback has gone up by about 45 from 190 ish to 237 as i sent emails out requesting feedback from but the DSR has not changed

I believe you have this incorrect, its the amount of transactions you have that decreases DSR ratings. For example at your current transaction amount is 237 and you have 6 low ratings then you have a 2.53% DSR rating for that category (6/237). For each transaction you have it decreases the DSR rating a very small amount. At your level it would take 300 transactions to get you under 2.00% (6/300) assuming you did not receive any more low scores. If I got this wrong please guys let me know.

Check your sellers' dashboard.

Should define better for you.

Mind to keep on top of this now especially if shipping is dinging your DSRs.

where on the dashboard does it tell you the amount of transactions you need to be at standard or below?
