Buyer says she can't revise feedback?
 

Hello guys,

I have a buyer who has agreed to revise feedback. I issued them a full refund but now they're saying "I clicked on accept request and it said the item is not eligible for feedback revision."

I don't understand why this is happening as the item wasn't deleted by ebay. It even let me send out the revision request.

Do you think she is lying?

How many feedback revisions have you had? You are only allowed 5 per 1000 feedbacks I believe

When I sent out the request it said I had 4 remaining.

Crossed paths in what way? This is the only revision I've sent out in the past 6 months or so.

It's really unfortunate as this account has been perfect for so many years now. She agreed to remove it the next day after she left it so it's just so strange.

Not sure I trust her though, but her account is really old and seems legit. Competitors have been out to destroy me recently :pry:

I've had this issue recently too!

I think it may be a glitch in their system....

That sucks. Were they eventually allowed to revise it?

Not sure as my buyer got bored of trying & stopped responding grrrr - added to my blocked list :)

Yep mine is saying she cant be bothered now too - Great.

get her to send a 1 line email saying shes happy for it to be removed

call ebay and they will do it

Sorry for the questions but this is really helpful.

When you say email is this an email message to my email account or does it have to be through ebays messaging system? How would they possibly confirm that she has approved this?

Was gonna say if its just to my email could easily get every feedback removed ever haha :P

not quite the same but buyer promised to revise but either couldnt, or in my opinion not bothered to carry through, I forwarded the promise via eb messages to CS and they revised it for me.
