Multiple low DSR from one transaction?
Could you guys please let me know if this information is correct, I've called customer service and been told multiple things I just really need clarification.
sellers are supposed to maintain a certain level of low DSR ratings in relation to their overall transactions. This number is currently set at 2.00% for all transactions in the U.S. and 2.40% for all transactions including international. For example if you as a seller have a variation craft listing for five colors of clay each with 20 bars available for sale, this is considered 100 separate listings for which you can get a DSR rating. An order of 12 bars by one individual unhappy for whatever reason for the transaction could leave you low DSR ratings. This is considered 12 separate low scores on the DSR metrics, but as for overall feedback it counts as 1 positive and for transaction count purposes it also counts as 1. Depending on how many transactions you have each low rating takes a certain amount of sales to bring you back to 2.00%. As an example 19 low scores for a business with 400 transactions brings their percentage to 4.75% (19/400), to get back under 2.00% they would need 550 more transactions (19/950).
