Number of Feedback changes

ATM we can request 5 changes per 1000 feedback recieved

Is this all feedback or just sales feedback?

Also can the buyer still request feedback to be changed ?

Sales feedback - your feedback as a buyer needs to be requested by the seller of the item to you.

Hmm not from what I have seen - only seller asks but I am sure a clause exists...
