selling not replika item

when i ve tried to sell replika soccer jersey and eb ay restricted my account . but i ve sold 3 replika jersey before as described " USED " .. what if i would maintain selling used replika (imitation) jersey ? is there any violation to rule ?

You can not sell replika's on Ebay.

It will get you banned very fast.

If it isnt real you cant sell it. Plain and simple. Do you get pulled over for speeding every single time? No. But does that mean you can speed? Sure, but you will be punished.
