ebay feedback (strange)

I been watching a seller for over 6 months now.
the seller is from nigeria/ghana as spoke to him in london about a item .

what surprises me that he gets 3 negative feedback.

within a week or so hes back 100% positive

this has happened few times very strange:confused:

Why are you watching a seller when you should be focused on your own sales? You arent explaining any reason and what kind of listing.

the account is 2 years old hes feedback is 75 the items he sells is gift cards or vouchers ipads ect

i am confused the seller is based in east london. uk account i think i leave this issue good luck what ever hes doing
