Recieved feedback but payment still on hold

sold a virtual item so didn't ship anything ---i marked my item as shipped ..
can this be the reason that my payments are still on hold despite recieving feedback from my buyer .

Virtual items are considered HIGH risk - expect a lot of holds if not permanent ban later on....be careful. Try to shift it to a physical item-base.

Most of the time selling virtual items end up with a trouble, but I've seen some sellers have been selling them , don't know how they manage to do.
