A buyer has left a Neutral feedback on my profile and we have solved the problem, how do I request eBay for the buyer to redo the feedback?

id like to know as well....person left neg feedback without waiting for problem to be resolved..

i'm fairly sure you can dispute it (there's a report button for negative/neutral feedback) but if you've sorted it out, why not ask the buyer to get in contact with EB and get it removed?

click on your feedback profile

then feedback forum at the top left

then request feedback revision

other ways to d this also in this case
