What happened to buyer feedback?
What happened to the feedback?
I got 5 negs in a row from one buyer who said she didnt get her items when the DC clearly shows she did, so to balance them I bought 10 items I need like memory cards, cd's, a car part etc and already have them in hand, left feedback for the seller and got feedback from all the sellers and the percentage didnt move one bit.
So today, I get another neg from a buyer who said they were unhappy with the item because they thought it was worth 300.00 and they have found it to be only worth 25.00 which is what they paid for it. And the percentage went down 0.3 for that feedback alone.
Am I missing something here with the FB? |
