Buyer left positive with 1/2 stars but didnt pay

i have opened unpaid payment but will the positive feedback be removed if they dont pay? i hope they dont pay just so its remove if so

If they do not respond to the case then in the US the buyer gets an unpaid item strike and the positive is removed.
