Would anybody be able to recommend any free automatic feedback services for eBay UK please?

Here's the problem..."free", I have a free method that should work, have some premade feedbacks then all you gotta do is copy paste.

If you are using one of the third party listing services, then they would have them built in. If not the cut and paste like MM says

To generate feedback phrasing? Or to get feedback on your account?

I need some software that allows you to enter some feedback that you would like to be left automatically once somebody pays for an item.

I used to use Auction Pixie but it no longer exists unfortunately.

Selling manager can be used to leave feedback in bulk but it is not automated.

I leave feedback immediately before I dispatch. It is still a bit of a PITA telling people what outstanding buyers they were. Think I'm going to change it to some sarcastic cr@p like:

"Quick payment, thanks. Let's face it, you had no choice as the listing was immediate payment via paypal"

I recently signed up for a store. Only selling manager PRO has the auto feedback option. Not worth it to me

Only free option I am aware of is Auctiva

Looking for feedback automation. Does ebay offer something to leave feedback?

I actually have buyers hounding me about leaving them feedback now!! Which isn't a bad problem to have, but when you sell 20+ items on 5-6 accounts a day it can get to be a job in itself.

I dont have Auctiva and I'm sure Auctiva has some kind of monthly fee associated...Does ebay offer anything?

You can do automatic leaving with Selling Manager Pro
