This might help you get more FB!

Im a busted EB/PP on a pre 2003 which now I see is a valuable asset or was.

Im a newbie cautiously building stealth's now to age and testing some modes of running under the radar.

I was getting good FB conversion by giving customers more than they expected.

If your in sales you know that quote a customer a price and when you deliver you tell them it worked out LESS than quoted its NOT a nasty surprise.

So putting that to practice on a selling acc I was enclosing free gifts that were helpful additions to what they won.

Also I had special offers like i had listed 10 items and I offered the 1st 3 customers a freebie from another of my listings.

So customer say no 4 bought and I would include a note that one of the 1st 3 customers declined the free offer and that I thought they might like the gift instead.

Got not only better FB but got more FB than before.

As a side note I had EB do me some amazing things to help me out with some neg FB and siding on open cases against me.

I think because I always took time to fill out forms /surveys on how I got treated by EB/PP during a case ect I think you get some kinda points like a credit/risk trading file that they hold on you.

Any thoughts?

Nice value add on the customer service - doing those forms and surveys will not net you benefits so unless you enjoy doing them...waste of time on your behalf

Doesn't do much in my years of experience either they leave feedback of they don't. I use to leave feedback as soon as somebody paid. Now I wait until they leave it for me. I figure if they care enough to leave it then they want to receive it as well. I also figured out spamming people isn't a good idea to get feedback either. I tried to do this before had a few buyers get pissed about something they didn't complain about before. That was the last time I ever did that.

I will try to avoid the sun but living in Vegas that is kinda hard esp. in the summer days of 115F. My years continue to roll on with less hair every day.
